Hi Jim: I have no idea what you mean about cleaning your CPAP (do you have a humidifier?). I just rinse off the nose piece in really hot water every night before bed and that's it. No problem. Maybe you're supposed to rinse the hoses, but if it is just air coming straight from the machine, it isn't any dirtier than the air in the room (and it runs through a filter to boot). Now, the nosepiece, that's another story. So get your nose cleared, wear your machine, and get some sleep!!!!
