No, that entry wasn't boring. You have quite a lot to say. I am never bored with your entries. I am glad you're okay. It's nice that someone stopped to help you. The last time I took a tumble on my bike and walked home crying and bruised, some people on their porch just pointed and laughed. They were adults. That pissed me off. Now that I think about it, maybe they were under the influence of something. Maybe they were just stupid.

I enjoyed the entry too. And I too am glad you weren't more seriously injured. Oddly enough, I have almost the same reaction when I fall down in public. I'm first mortified and finally get around to checking for injuries. The last time I was in an airport I made a frantic dash for the shuttle..I mistakenly thought it was about to depart. Weary travelers were just sitting around reading papers etc. I jumped on and managed to tangle up with my own suitcases and took a flying spill down the middle of the aisle. Very ungraceful for a middle-aged woman and actually somewhat painful. I struggled to my feet and the first words out of my beet-red face to the startled spectators were "I'm sorry!" (???) Questioning looks now appeared so I continued: "I'm sorry I've made such a fool of myself in front of all of you." Then I had to sit among them for five more minutes until the announcement was made that the shuttle was about the depart. At least I wasn't dripping blood. Oh, and your comment about it raining: from news report you had quite a bit more than a little rain.
