There are about a billion reasons why someone would quit reading a journal, and most of them have nothing to do with the writer. You're not boring! The likelihood is, if someone stops reading, it's about them, not about you. :-)

I have trouble writing when there is nothing going on. It's okay to do nothing now and then. You've been working hard. Don't feel bad when you have a slow weekend. I like to sit and snuggle in the blankies and watch tapes and DVDs. Last night was quiet. I sat and drank tea and ate chicken soup and watched a makeover show and a LOR behind the scenes documentary. This will be my last weekend of slacking off before the show starts. Enjoy those quiet moments.

I should keep up with my favorites. Sometimes I get in such a negative frame of mind that the idea of looking in on someone else's life, no matter how interesting, seems like a huge effort. It's all about energy. Having the energy to keep up with others. I know I'm not the reader you mentioned, but that's my take on it.
