You're VERY good--even off the top of your head. It's not "fun stuff" but it's the truth and it flows and it's witty. At church tonight Beth was saying, "Tear up the picture" referring to your expectations. Maybe that's another way to say, "Be in the now"... Still easier said than done. And she was recommending The Short Prayer, "Help me!"--Don't get me started on Who/What is there to listen...but maybe it just opens your mind to help that's already there.

I posted some new pictures tonight--maybe they will cheer you up a little? Everybody goes through what you just wrote about-- I thought you did a fine job describing those feelings. And you never really know--someone new could show up in your life any day. The waiting is the hardest part.

Take a bite or two. Then, throw it away. That won't ruin your waistline. It will give you a little taste of what you want. Nothing works quite so well like a little Hostess cake to cheer one up...or to scarf down your sorrows with. I used to be in a job I REALLY hated. I would get upset when the "cool" people left. Turns out, leaving was something I should have done long before I actually did. Keep your options open. There are other flexible jobs out there. You don't have to be the "old man at Borders" if you don't want to be.
