As a customer, I agree with you 100%. I was very frustrated last week when I went to Barnes & Nobel. I knew what I wanted and I knew it was out, but it took me the better part of an hour to find it and not a single person asked me if I needed any help! And the last thing I need when I finally do get ready the check out is some high pressure sales pitch that's going to make everyone's wait that much longer. [End of rant.]

It would be so weird to have someone say 'I recommend' at a bookstore. How do they know my taste in reading? Looks like Barnes and Noble needs you! We have surveys at the vet school for customers (clients, not the pets). When a client especially seems happy, I encourage them to fill out a survey. I know, stacking the deck, but it is fun to get positive feedback.

Hehehe..I'm still laughing at the rope remark. Danger! Rope! He he he. I read the newsletter the theatre sends out. I finally get to see who beat me for the part I tried out for. I would like a call now and then. We didn't pick you because you were too tall, or too white, or too fat, or whatever. But, no. You do your best and then you're lucky if you ever hear from them again. Until the next audition of course.
