Yay -- the comments are working. Keep lifting! (And keep it light; don't want any fitness-related injuries.) Just KEEP DOing it, however small. And MY parallel plan is to walk/jog at least a half an hour on the days we don't have exercise class. (I probably should lift weights, too � to keep my upper arms from declining into bat wings.)

jim- don't get discouraged on the working out thing. the first few weeks are kind of uninspiring, but after about 6 weeks, you really see the difference. and don't look at yourself every day. you won't see the changes. take a pic of yourself today, another one in six weeks (you can do it!) and the change you'll see is a huge motivator to KEEP GOING! congratulations on getting started, that's the hardest part.

Whoo! Good job on the weight loss and on putting the bench together AND using it! I need one of those. It's okay to admit to being a wimp. You have to start somehwere!
