Welcome to the sucky world of weight loss. You'd think it would get easier as you go along, but it gets harder. A couple of tips: The water is very important for a number of reasons and make sure you're adjusting your daily points for your current weight, because the less you weigh, the fewer points you get. (=Sucks) Also, be glad you're not a woman (for a number of reasons) because my WW leader just got to her goal weight from her first pregnancy and three weeks later found herself pregnant again.

Jim I think you're doing really well. Many people do hit some plateaus in this horrendous job of weight loss. Keep up the good work. Alan
