Holy sh**, Jim! Glad to hear that you're okay! Clearly this guy might want to re-think his mugging strategy in the future (if he does decide to continue this particular "career path"). First of all, he might want to choose his targets more carefully! I hope the rest of your holiday season is decidedly more calm, mellow, and fun than what you've experienced so far (between ArcLight and the mugging incident)--you really deserve it after what you've been through lately. I'm really proud of you for kicking his ass. I remember when I was held up I had a 'what would Xena do' moment, but my fighting skills are limted and he had a gun so I was very cooperative. However, I have sworn that the next sucker will get a lunatic thrown at him/her. I know you are probably feeling like crap after the altercation, but I have to high five you for choking him and banging his head on the street. OK, so my unresolved issues are showing, but still, I'm proud of you.

Glad you're ok. Screw the bad guys. Hope there are some bruises around his neck. I personally have no patience for somebody that attacked you like that. Fortunately he did not use a gun or knife. Amazing he came back to apologize! You did the right thing to tell him to get the F out of there!
