Appreciated your previous "overlong" D-land -- and sympathies on the WW frustrations. You are getting into some weight that's been with you a LONG time -- and hence more firmly "entrenched" -- at least it seems that way. My e-mail RECEIVING is still out. I could send for awhile there, but now, not even that. I DEPEND on that for work. A church newsletter hangs in the balance. Grrr. this is a system-wide ACD.net problem. Maybe we can chat tomorrow... of to Fellowship... potluck tonight.
