You could probably do an entire stand-up routine just on people on Facebook! lol

Interesting "forces at work" -- I hope you CAN get into the stand up -- might be "therapeutic" in a way, to present your funny-guy self in front of an audience -- to "conquer" some of the "bad stuff" by drowning it in comedic sauce...??? Some of your funnier D-lands sound like stand-up routines.

I'm being pressured to do standup too, and am writing an act now to try out at Connexions Comedy Club. Everyone seems to be doing it. I helped Kristie put her act together and she's really enjoying it, Mark Boyd is a good friend and he was a very successful standup for years, and perfectly willing to help me (I've helped him a bit recently with some ideas) and Aral Gribble, a newer friend from the Williamston Theater and a fine actor is now doing a standup act. Jim, we are running way behind here. And we are two very dang funny guys with lives that can be mined for all kinds of weird insights and stories. I'll do it if you will!

Bruce's offer looks really good Jim. I'd take him up on it.
