Yay, Jim! I think the "non-diet" diet you've devised is good because it's custom-made to your eating style and life style and goals�and thus something that you're more likely to stick to than some arbitrary "Atkins" plan or such. I was two pounds less than a year a go at my annual doc's appointment. I guess "holding my own" is a victory at my age--but ten pounds LESS would be better...shouldn't be that difficult, but it IS...

I like callbacks too. It means I didn't suck. I think that directors here do callbacks way too often though. I just feel like they want to have as many to choose from at callbacks as possible. It's kind of misleading for hopeful actors.
As I talk about in my diet-riot journal, I too am battling weight. I think I am on the right track now. Finally.
