I certainly am not an expert in this area, but in my experience it is not uncommon to plateau weight wise for a bit. Sometimes that means you need to exercise more and sometimes it means that your body is changing in ways other than weight. The scale isn't always the best mark of how you are doing. You could be gaining muscle and losing inches. Pay attention to how your clothes fit and how much energy you have as well.
